The restaurant was inaugurated
in February 1996, and maintains its decoration
based on a traditional English style.
It has views of the Teatro Arriaga and the
Paseo del Arenal. The philosophy of the restaurant
is to offer, at all times, the possibility
to try one of the most select menus in Bilbao
at a reasonable price. The appearance of
each dish is cared for, as are the service
and customer care.
