| Fernando Canales
Born in Bilbao in 1962 he studied catering
at the Leioa School, before, following several
stages in prestigious restaurants, working
professionally in Bilbao for 10 years, until
the inauguration of Etxanobe. He regularly
appears in the media and in a daily cookery
programme on Localia channel and on Canal
Satélite Digital, amongst other activities.
