| Alberto Zuluaga
Born in Zeanuri in 1960, his professional
career has taken him to several different
restaurants in Vizcaya and France. In France,
in Relais de la Poste (Magesc), Ritz (Paris)...,
all of which have three Michelin stars.
In Vizcaya, in Ercilla (Bilbao) and he inaugurated
the López de Haro as Chef; four years
at Aretxondo, where he obtained one Michelin
star. He has been at the Club Ranero shop
for four years.
